The Department of Health of Hai Duong province requires inspection units to focus on product safety and quality, expiry date, origin of raw materials, food products, declaration of product standards, product labeling, origin of raw materials, food products, product standard declaration records, product labeling, additives used for food production and processing, hygiene conditions of facilities in food production and processing areas and food advertising.
