On October 3, according to information from the Dong Thap Provincial Police website, the Investigation Police Agency of Dong Thap Provincial Police has just temporarily detained Nguyen Hong Lam to investigate the act of illegally using drugs.
Previously, on August 14, My Tho Ward Police (Dong Thap Province) discovered and arrested Nguyen Hong Lam (42 years old, residing in My Tho Ward) for illegally using drugs at home.
Immediately afterwards, the authorities took Lam to the My Tho Ward Police Station for questioning. Test results showed that Lam was positive for drugs.
Through verification, Lam is currently under post-drug addiction management. After that, the Investigation Police Agency of Dong Thap Province Police initiated a criminal case and temporarily detained Lam to investigate the act of illegally using drugs.
