At the scene, the Task Force discovered and seized 27 pieces of plastic pipes sealed at both ends, inside containing white solid crystals and some related exhibits. According to the initial testimony of subject Ket, it was methamphetamine purchased by the subject for use.
Then at 7 pm on January 15, while performing duties in Vinh Thanh B hamlet, Vinh Hai commune, the working group of Vinh Hai Border Guard Station presided over and coordinated with the Professional Department, Can Tho City Border Guard Command and Vinh Hai Commune Police to discover and catch red-handed subject Lam Coi (born in 1993, permanent residence in Vinh Thanh B hamlet, Vinh Hai commune) for the act of illegally possessing and using drugs.
At the scene, the Task Force discovered and seized 9 pieces of plastic pipes sealed at both ends, 1 zip bag inside containing white solid crystals and some related exhibits. According to initial testimony, it was methamphetamine purchased by the subject for use.
Currently, both cases are being investigated and handled by the Can Tho City Border Guard according to the provisions of law.
