At the 4th Session, the People's Council of Ngo Quyen ward applied the Q-Cabinet system to vote to approve 2 important Resolutions with a 100% unanimity rate.
Regarding the Public Investment Plan for 2026 (3rd time), the Ward People's Council decided to supplement and allocate 38,335.751 million VND for 2 newly started education projects, including: Building the administration building, classroom building of Sao Sang 1 Kindergarten (facility 2) and Tran Quoc Toan Elementary School.
Along with that, through the resolution on tasks for the last 6 months of the year, breakthrough targets were set out: Product value and average income increased by over 11%; budget revenue increased by 40% compared to the city's estimate; disbursement of public investment reached 95-100%; maintaining the goal of no more multidimensional poor households and bringing the administrative reform index into the top 10 leading units of the city.
Mr. Cap Trong Tuan - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Council - requested the Ward People's Committee and departments to urgently act according to the motto "clear people, clear tasks, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear products, clear authority". The focus is on focusing on combating budget revenue loss, striving in the third quarter of 2026 to disburse 75% of public investment; focusing resources on site clearance at the 47 Le Lai Flower Garden project and the old Van My apartment building - 311 Da Nang. At the same time, urgently complete the relocation of the Working Headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, Ward People's Committee to a new location at No. 19, 21 Da Nang right in the first quarter of 2026; prepare well for the new school year 2026 - 2027 and the 2026 defense area operational exercise.
