The Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Area 6 coordinated with functional forces of Do Son ward to enforce the enforcement of work against Mr. N.V.D (An Bien ward, Hai Phong).
Previously, Judgment No. 17/2025/DS-ST dated March 21, 2025 of the People's Court of Do Son district (now the People's Court of Region 6); Judgment No. 53/2025/DSPT dated July 18, 2025 of the People's Court of Hai Phong city forced Mr. N.V.D to return to the People's Committee of Do Son district (now the People's Committee of Do Son ward) 189.50 m2 of land (according to the actual measured area) the location of the land at map sheet No. 12-VH, scale 1/300 (now part of plot No. 05, map sheet No. 74) according to the Temporary Land Lease Contract No. 08/HD dated December 31, 2001 signed between the Land Administration Department of Do Son town and Mr. D; forced Mr. N.V.D to self-dismantle all architectural works and construction works on the land to return the land to the People's Committee of Do Son ward and not to be compensated.
In the process of organizing judgment enforcement, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency has repeatedly conducted mobilization, persuasion, and explanation of legal regulations for judgment debtors in order to create conditions for judgment debtors to voluntarily comply.
However, the judgment debtor did not voluntarily enforce the judgment on the grounds of disagreement with the judgment of Judgment No. 53/2025/DSPT. At the same time, they delayed the judgment enforcement, sending many petitions requesting postponement of judgment enforcement to the Judgment Enforcement Agency and relevant agencies, departments, and branches to extend the judgment enforcement time. The Judgment Enforcer issued Decision No. 200/QD-THADS dated June 11, 2026 on coercive enforcement of work.
This morning, July 2nd, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Area 6 organized the forced dismantling of all architectural structures and construction works on the land to return an area of 189.5 m2 of ground at the location at map sheet No. 12, scale 1/300 (now part of plot No. 05, map sheet No. 74) to Do Son Ward People's Committee according to Decision No. 200, dated June 11, 2026 of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Officer of Hai Phong City. The forced dismantling was carried out in accordance with procedures and processes, ensuring absolute safety.
