On July 11 and 12, the People's Committee of Chan Hung commune and the Land Clearance Council organized the payment of compensation and support money to households with land subject to recovery to implement the Industrial Park Project in the commune.
In this payment phase, 29 households received compensation and support with a total amount of nearly 19 billion VND. The payment work is organized publicly, transparently, in accordance with regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people. The consensus and cooperation of the people will contribute to accelerating the project implementation progress, creating motivation for socio-economic development of the locality in the coming time.
The Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park - Zone B project has a project scale of 186.49 ha, with a total investment of nearly 2,800 billion VND, located in the development orientation of the Southern Coastal Economic Zone of Hai Phong, concretizing Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW of the Politburo on construction and development of Hai Phong to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
The project is expected to attract high-quality investment capital, especially in the fields of electronics, mechanical engineering, automobile manufacturing and assembly, and high-tech industry. When put into operation, this industrial park will create thousands of jobs for local workers, improve people's incomes and lives, and make a large contribution to the state budget through taxes and fees.
