On July 10, in Phu Quoc special zone, An Giang province, the Command of Coast Guard Region 4 held a conference to announce the decision to establish the TT-400 high-speed patrol vessel receiving framework, code name CSB 4043. Major General Dao Ba Viet - Commander of Coast Guard Region 4 chaired the conference.
At the conference, Coast Guard Region 4 Command announced the decision of the Commander of the Vietnam Coast Guard on the establishment of the TT-400 High-Speed Patrol Vessel Reception Frame, code name CSB 4043; announced the decision to establish the CSB 4043 Vessel Party Cell and awarded decisions on personnel and military work. CSB 4043 Vessel is assigned to Naval Flotilla 401, Coast Guard Region 4 Command.
Speaking to assign tasks to the Ship Frame, Major General Dao Ba Viet - Commander of Coast Guard Region 4 congratulated the comrades who were trusted to participate in the CSB 4043 ship receiving frame. The comrade emphasized that the establishment of the receiving frame contributes to improving law enforcement capacity, patrol, control, search and rescue and protecting sovereignty, sovereign rights, and national jurisdiction in the Southwest sea area.
The Commander of the Region requested the agencies of the Region Command and Naval Flotilla 401 to regularly pay attention to guiding, directing, and creating all conditions for the CSB 4043 Vessel Frame to successfully complete the task of receiving, training, and bringing ships back to the unit.
Regarding Coast Guard Vessel Frame 4043, Comrade Commander of the Region requested the Party Committee, Command and all officers and soldiers of the Frame to quickly stabilize the organization and staffing of the ship, assign specific tasks to each member, build a regular order, maintain strict discipline; proactively research documents, firmly grasp the technical, tactical, and weapon and equipment features of the ship; actively study, train, improve professional qualifications, and soon master the vehicle immediately after receiving it. At the same time, promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, overcome difficulties, and successfully complete all assigned tasks, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects during the process of receiving and exploiting and using the ship.
On behalf of officers and soldiers in charge of receiving the ship, Captain Nguyen Van Phuoc - Captain of Coast Guard ship 4043 - respectfully thanked the concern and trust of the Party Committee, Head of the Vietnam Coast Guard and the Command of Coast Guard Region 4; and affirmed that he will strictly grasp the directives and orders of all levels, uphold the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, actively study and practice, quickly master the means and technical equipment, and be determined to successfully complete the task of receiving, managing and effectively operating the TT-400 high-speed patrol ship, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
