In Quang Ninh, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Czech Republic Milos Vystrcil and the working delegation visited Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile Factory, Viet Hung Industrial Park, Quang Ninh province and listened to a detailed report on the strategic cooperation project between Thanh Cong Group (TC Group) and Skoda Auto, Czech Republic.
Mr. Milos Vystrcil expressed his excitement and appreciated the strategic cooperation activities of the two leading automobile groups of Vietnam and the Czech Republic, considering this a typical example of economic solidarity between the two countries. The project has always received much attention from the two governments, such as Prime Minister Petr Fiala and the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, who also visited in 2023 and 2025.
The President of the Czech Senate affirmed that he will continue to support the cooperation activities of TC Group and Skoda Auto in the future, on the roadmap to strengthen comprehensive cooperation in many fields between the two countries. These efforts will further revive the 75-year relationship between Vietnam and the Czech Republic.
Also today (November 22), in Quang Ninh, Mr. Vu Dai Thang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province - had a social greeting with Chairman of the Czech National Assembly of the Republic Milos Vystrcil.
The Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee expressed his pleasure at welcoming the Chairman of the Czech National Assembly and the delegation on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Czech Republic and the first year of implementing the Strategic Partnership framework between the two countries.
Mr. Thang expressed his hope that Chairman Milos Vystrcil and the high-ranking delegation of the Czech National Assembly would pay attention and support Quang Ninh in enhancing exchanges and effective cooperation with Czech localities in general and the Karlovy Vary provincial government in particular. Support connections and share information about large corporations and enterprises that are interested in investing in Vietnam in attractive fields such as high-tech industry, tourism - services - trade with high added value, contributing to connecting to the global supply chain.

On the same afternoon, at Van Don International Airport, the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Czech Republic and the high-ranking delegation boarded a plane to leave Vietnam for home, successfully concluding their official visit to Vietnam from November 18 to 22, 2025.
The delegation included Lieutenant General Le Tan Toi - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Defense, Security and External Affairs Committee of the National Assembly and Mr. Le Van Anh - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province.
