The conference was attended by more than 200 delegates who are party secretaries, village and area heads; heads of the Front Work Committee; members of the People's Inspectorate, and the Investment Supervision Committees of communities in localities.
At the conference, delegates were equipped with knowledge and skills in supervision activities at the grassroots level; learned about the basic contents of the Provincial Public Administration and Governance Efficiency Index (PAPI) in 2025; instructed to participate in the PAPI survey and assessment in 2025; and summarized and evaluated the results of the PAPI survey for the period 2020 - 2025.
From 2020 to present, the People's Inspectorate in Quang Ninh province has chaired 2,357 supervisions, discoveries and recommendations to consider and resolve more than 550 cases.
The Community Investment Supervisory Board has also supervised nearly 6,000 works and projects, thereby recommending the handling of more than 940 cases.
Through the activities of the People's Inspectorate, the Community Investment Supervision Board has contributed to strengthening people's trust, effectively implementing the motto "people know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit".
