CMC Technology Group has just been honored in the Top 100 enterprises with the most attractive working environment in Vietnam, according to the survey results from Anphabe.

According to the "Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2025" ranking, CMC holds the Top 10 position in the IT/Software & Application/E-commerce industry group.

The above results were conducted by Anphabe - a pioneer in consulting on employer brands and happy working environment through a survey of 73,000 participants, including more than 7,000 students, evaluating 650 enterprises in 18 key industry groups, sponsored by VCCI and verified by market research company Intage Vietnam.

This is the 12th year the rankings have been released and the third year Anphabe has grouped them into Top 1, Top 10, Top 20 and Top 50. This classification method helps businesses clearly see their position in the recruitment picture and working environment.

According to Anphabe's Certificate, in 2025, CMC will achieve: Top 10 IT/Software & Application/E-commerce industry groups and Top 100 large enterprises in Vietnam. Notably, the indicators in Employer Brand Health Check 2025 show that the level of recognition, sympathy and priority in CMC selection of IT talent continues to grow strongly.

Continuing to maintain its position in the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam is a testament to the effectiveness of the human resource development strategy at CMC, especially when the group is promoting its AI transformation strategy and aiming to become a global technology group in the era of artificial intelligence.
