The implementation of socio-economic development tasks in general, and the work of ensuring security and order in particular of the forces is quite heavy and arduous, requiring the participation and determination of the entire political system.
The Third Party Emulation Movement is not only the task of the Public Security force but also a leadership method of the Party, aiming to build a team of cadres "From the Party, filial to the people, for the country, for the people to serve". Therefore, the Provincial Police and affiliated units must thoroughly grasp the contents and strictly implement them, operating closely with the actual situation of the locality and unit.
