This result makes an important contribution to the work of preventing and combating law violations, maintaining security and order in the province.

In order to innovate the method of propaganda and mobilization of people in the work of recovering weapons, explosives, and supporting tools in a modern direction, in accordance with digital transformation requirements, Dak Lak Provincial Police has implemented guidance for people to participate in registering to hand over weapons, explosives, and supporting tools online through Zalo OA page.

This model is built on the basis of applying information technology, taking advantage of the popular social network platform, which is friendly to the people.

Through the Zalo OA page of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, Dak Lak Provincial Police, people can proactively and voluntarily register to hand over weapons, explosives, and support tools online.

Thanks to that, people do not need to go directly to the headquarters from the beginning, helping to save time and costs, and at the same time reduce the psychology of hesitation when directly contacting functional agencies.
