D (born in 2008, also residing in Tan Minh commune) behind the vehicle. When the vehicle was traveling in the direction of Kien An - Tien Lang, it collided with Ms. D. T. L (born in 1956, residing in An Khanh commune) who was walking across the road.

The initial cause of the accident was that K. was driving the car without observation, driving at high speed. Meanwhile, Ms. L. was walking across the road without ensuring safety.

Pedestrians are only allowed to cross the road in places with traffic lights, road markings or overpasses, tunnels for pedestrians and must comply with traffic signals and signs.
