At the above time, in the area of hamlet 8 apartment building, the Task Force conducted an inspection of V.G. M (born in 2010) and N.T. B (born in 2013, both residing in Tan Minh commune, Hai Phong). Through inspection, functional forces determined that the subjects driving the electric bicycle had removed the pedals, arbitrarily modified some spare parts and batteries. Notably, both the driver and the passenger were not wearing helmets, and could not present vehicle documents as prescribed.
At the same time, on the road axis of hamlet 1 Kim Doi, the Task Force continued to discover subject V.H. N (born in 2009, residing in Tien Lang commune) driving an electric motorbike 15AB-360. 16 carrying V.Q. T (born in 2010, residing in Tien Lang commune). Both cases did not wear helmets when participating in traffic and did not have vehicle papers.
Working Group HP22 made a record of the incident on the spot. After that, functional forces carried out procedures to hand over the violating person and vehicle to the Order Police Team to establish a file and handle it strictly according to the provisions of law.
