Accordingly, Noi Bai Commune Police have established working groups to conduct comprehensive inspections of 7 public internet and electronic game business establishments.
The content of the inspection focuses on compliance with legal regulations on business conditions, operating licenses, operating hours; management of players, especially for students and teenagers; conditions to ensure fire prevention and fighting; implementation of regulations on security, order and related contents.
Through inspection, the commune police force discovered 2 establishments with violations, mainly not ensuring sufficient conditions and permits to provide public electronic games and allowing players to operate beyond the prescribed time, potentially affecting the security and order situation in the area.
The commune police have made a record, handled according to their authority, and at the same time requested the facility owners to strictly comply with the provisions of the law, urgently overcome the shortcomings, and prevent violations from recurring.
In addition to inspecting and handling violations, Noi Bai Commune Police also promotes propaganda, reminders, and guidance for owners of internet business establishments and public electronic game points to enhance their responsibility in coordinating with the Police force to ensure security and order in the locality.
Business owners are required to sign commitments not to allow players to operate beyond the prescribed hours, not to allow subjects to gather to cause disorder, not to facilitate illegal acts; strengthen management and supervision of players, especially students and teenagers.
