During a patrol in Thuan Kieu Park area, at around 7:00 p.m. on November 19, the ward police received information from the people about a group of about 10 teenagers gathering, carrying homemade weapons and showing signs of preparing to resolve the conflict.
Immediately, the ward police deployed forces to the scene, controlled and expanded the investigation, inviting all subjects related to the incident to the headquarters for questioning.

Through verification, 10 subjects in the group were all under 18 years old. Notably, there were 4 subjects carrying homemade weapons.
The list includes: L.V.H.T. (born in 2007), using homemade rubber bullet guns; T.Q.A. (born in 2009), carrying a homemade knife; D.T.A. (born in 2009), using homemade knives and long iron rides; H.P.M.T. (born in 2008), carrying a sharp knife.
At the police station, the subjects confessed that the conflict stemmed from a dispute between two teenagers from two groups. The two later used the Messenger app to make an appointment to go to the park to resolve the matter violently. Even when they were young, the behavior of the subjects was assessed as reckless, reckless, and posing a serious risk of causing serious disorder.
Dong Hung Thuan Ward Police will continue to clarify the incident, and at the same time advise families and schools to strengthen coordination in the management and education of adolescents, promptly detect and prevent deviations from standards.
