On the evening of May 23, Thanh Ha Commune Police discovered 9 students of secondary school age in the area and some neighboring communes gathering in groups to drive bicycles and perform dangerous acts such as: swerving, wheeling, letting go of both hands, swerving when participating in traffic.
Notably, many cars have had their brakes and mudguards removed to easily perform the rotation of the handlebars when driving. This is an extremely dangerous trend, posing a risk to the lives, health, and future of children and causing insecurity and disorder in the locality.
Immediately after discovering the incident, Thanh Ha Commune Police invited the children's families to work to coordinate management, education, handling and request commitment not to repeat violations. In the coming time, Thanh Ha Commune Police will coordinate with families and schools to continue to drastically handle the above situation.
