During the holidays of National Day September 2nd, records at the working headquarters of the Police in Phu Quoc special zone (An Giang) are still bustling with people coming to carry out administrative procedures.
Phu Quoc Special Zone Police have proactively arranged officials, organized the receipt and settlement of administrative procedures in the field of residence, issuance of ID cards and receipt of dossiers for electronic identification account level 2 during the holidays.
The organization of dossier receiving is carried out from August 29, 2026 to the end of September 15, 2026. The receiving time is arranged throughout the day, in the morning from 7am to 11am, in the afternoon from 1pm to 5pm and in the evening from 7pm to 10pm. Thereby, creating favorable conditions for people to proactively arrange time and carry out essential administrative procedures without having to wait until the end of the holidays.
Lieutenant Colonel Ho Hoang Nam, Deputy Head of Phu Quoc Special Zone Police, said: With the spirit of Serving the People associated with the implementation of the Three Firsts emulation movement (Most Disciplined - Most Loyal - Closest to the People) in the People's Police, Phu Quoc Special Zone Police determines that organizing the receipt and resolution of administrative procedures during the holidays is a practical task, aimed at best serving the needs of the people.
We want to create favorable conditions for citizens who have not been issued ID cards, lost ID cards, expired ID cards or have not been issued level 2 electronic identification accounts; especially citizens who work far away, students who have the opportunity to return to their localities during the National Day holiday 2. 9. At the same time, maintain the goal of ensuring that all citizens aged 6 and over are issued ID cards and level 2 electronic identification accounts, thereby effectively serving utilities in transactions and social life. With that spirit, we will try our best to serve the people," Lieutenant Colonel Ho Hoang Nam shared.
Proactively maintaining the receipt and resolution of administrative procedures during the holidays is a concretization of the direction of the Director of An Giang Provincial Police on improving the quality of service to the people, ensuring that essential procedures are resolved promptly, and not allowing holidays to become an obstacle for the people.
