Specifically, at 0:15 on March 31, 2026, the task force of Chuong My Ward Police conducted an administrative inspection at Ninh Son residential group, discovered Ca Thi Ly (born in 1997, residing in Phuong Nghia residential group, Chuong My ward) hiding synthetic drugs for use. The task force seized, sealed the exhibits, made a record and took the subject to headquarters for further verification and handling according to regulations.
At about 2:30 am on the same day, while patrolling in Phuong Dong residential group, Chuong My Ward Police force discovered Quach Van Tin (born in 1995, residing in Yen Thuy commune, Phu Tho province) showing suspicious signs. Through working, Tin confessed to using "ice" drugs with Nguyen Van Tam (born in 1994, residing in Trieu Son commune, Thanh Hoa province) at his rented place in the area.
