On December 10, Quang Tri Provincial Police held a ceremony to mark the peak period of crime suppression and ensure security and order for the Lunar New Year 2025.
This peak period starts from December 15 to February 14, 2025, aiming to stabilize political security and social order and safety; ensure security and safety of important political and social events of the country.
To carry out the peak period, Quang Tri Police will concentrate forces and means to create positive changes in crime prevention and control. Resolutely fight and strictly handle all types of crimes and violations of the law; strive during the peak period to reduce 5% of social order crimes compared to the same period and the previous 2 months; the rate of investigation and solving cases will reach over 80%, very serious and especially serious cases will reach 95% or more.
Mr. Hoang Nam - Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee requested the police force of the whole province to focus on seriously implementing key tasks, especially doing well the work of ensuring traffic order and safety, focusing on handling violations of alcohol concentration, drugs and violations that are direct causes of traffic accidents...
At the launching ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Duc Hai - Director of the Provincial Police Department issued the launching order with the slogan "People's Police forget themselves for the country, serve the people", affirming the spirit of determination and crime suppression of the entire Provincial Police force right from the first days of launching.
