    Hai Phong - Hai An Ward Police have just arrested a wanted subject for organizing the illegal use and possession of drugs.

    At 10:20 a.m. on August 4, thanks to good work in grasping the situation, managing the area, and managing the subject, Hai An Ward Police successfully arrested the wanted Special needs subject Nguyen Van Quy (born in 1975, residing in Thuy Nguyen Ward, Hai Phong City).

    Subject Quy is wanted under the decision dated April 15, 2025 of the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Phong City Police for the crimes of Organizing illegal use of drugs and Illegal possession of drugs.

    The ward police quickly completed the file and handed over the subject to the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department for handling according to their authority.
