Ho Chi Minh City Police arrested a robbery suspect just 10 hours after committing the crime

    HCMC - On June 3, HCMC Police informed that they are investigating and handling a robbery that occurred in Ben Thanh Ward (District 1).

    According to the source, at around 5:00 p.m. on June 2, Ms. D.H.P (born in 1985, US nationality) reported having her mobile phone snatched at an intersection in Ben Thanh Ward.

    Immediately after receiving the report, the Criminal Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police coordinated with Ben Thanh Ward Police to conduct an investigation.

    At the police station, Nguyen Phi Hung (born in 2000, residing in Ward 4, District 4) confessed to all of his crimes. The police also promptly recovered the evidence and returned it to the victims.

    Currently, the police are continuing to investigate and handle according to the law.
