According to information from the police agency, at about 9 pm on July 28, Bac Ha Commune Police received a report from Ms. Tran Kim Loan (born 1962, residing in Nam Sat village, Bac Ha commune) about discovering a young child showing signs of confusion, not remembering the way home and being lost.
Immediately after receiving the information, the on-duty officer of Bac Ha Commune Police quickly arrived, took the child to the headquarters to take care of and reassure her spirit.
At the same time, the police force urgently deployed measures to verify the identity, search for addresses and contact the child's relatives.
Through verification, the child is H.G.B (born 2016, residing in Na Lang village, Ban Lau commune, Lao Cai province).
By professional measures and coordination in verification work, by 10:50 PM on the same day, Bac Ha Commune Police had contacted the family and handed over the child safely to relatives.
