On May 18, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that Thanh Phong Commune Police had just coordinated with a hair salon in the area to organize a free haircut program, attracting a large number of people to participate.

Previously, to implement the program, Thanh Phong Commune Police posted a notice about free haircuts to serve people on the unit's fanpage. After posting, the above information attracted the attention and response of a large number of local people.
It is known that the program is organized by the Thanh Phong Commune Police Youth Union in coordination with Duy Loc hair salon, in Nhu Xuan commune.
Ms. Le Thi Yen - manager of Duy Loc hair salon - said that the program originated from the reality that many people in mountainous areas have to travel many kilometers to get to the hair salon. For households with difficult circumstances or many children, regular haircut costs are also a significant expense in daily life.
Faced with that reality, when the Thanh Phong Commune Police Youth Union called for it, Duy Loc hair salon responded and enthusiastically participated, with the desire to serve and share some of the difficulties with the people," Ms. Yen shared.
With enthusiasm, in just 2 days, May 16 and 17, 357 people were given free haircuts right at the Thanh Phong Commune Police headquarters.
