Youth project lights up the border in Dak Nong

Dak Nong - Tuy Duc District Youth Union coordinated with related units to implement the project "Lighting up the border" with a total cost of 100 million VND.

On January 7, Tuy Duc District Youth Union (Dak Nong) coordinated with the People's Committee of Quang Truc Commune and the Youth Union of Regiment 726 (Army Corps 16) and the Youth Union of Dak Dang Border Guard Station, Tuy Duc Border Guard Station, and the Youth Union of Quang Truc Commune to organize the construction and award of youth projects.

The project, called "Lighting up the border", was carried out at the border route of Bon Bu Lum (Quang Truc commune, Tuy Duc district).

Accordingly, the project is 1.5km long, with 35 poles, solar lights, and national flags. The total cost of implementation is nearly 100 million VND.

It is known that this project is drawn from the funding source of the Joint Program between the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation for the period 2024-2026 and other socialized funds.

Mr. Ngo Thanh Phap, Secretary of Tuy Duc District Youth Union, said that the project is a meaningful and practical activity to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) and welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

The implementation of the "Border Lighting" project also aims to bring light to the border area, helping to ensure border security and order.

From here, people's travel is more convenient and safer.

Through the program, people in border areas better understand the benefits of using solar batteries, reducing energy consumption, responding to climate change, and protecting the environment.
