On October 1, the Department of Finance held a conference to announce the decision to receive and appoint Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ha - Head of the Public Financial Policy Department, Institute of Strategy and Economic - Financial Policy (Ministry of Finance) as Director of the Da Nang Institute for Socio-Economic Development Research. Attending and presenting the decision was Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh.
According to the decision, the Department of Finance received Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ha - Head of the Public Financial Policy Department, Institute of Strategy and Economic - Financial Policy (Ministry of Finance) to work and appoint him to the position of Director of the Da Nang Institute for Socio-Economic Development Research, from October 1, 2025.

He has worked for 23 years at the Ministry of Planning and Investment (now the Ministry of Finance), including 10 years as Head of the Public Finance Policy Department, Institute of Strategy and Economic - Financial Policy.
