According to Lao Dong reporter, the urban face of Da Nang City has been upgraded and changed rapidly in recent times when many urban area, apartment, and dynamic projects are being implemented.
Located on Le Van Duyet Street near the Thuan Phuoc New Urban Area project, the Maria Complex Project of the Yard Joint Stock Company has just been restarted. This project has an area of nearly 12 hectares with apartment towers, hotels, yacht wharves and a row of villas on the Han River.
In the area along the Han River, the Sun Symphony Residence project is constructing apartment towers and low-rise housing blocks along the river. This complex is about 8 hectares in scale with 200 townhouses, 20 villas on the Han River, 3 towers with 1,300 apartments.
With the diamond located at the foot of the Dragon Bridge, The Legend City Da Nang project was started at the end of February 2025. The project has a scale of 3 basements and 2 towers, including luxury apartments and a 29-storey hotel.
Not only that, located near Hoa Xuan bridge area, Sun Spana Tower project is a high-end apartment complex in Nam Hoa Xuan ecological urban area. The project includes 2 towers with 22 floors above ground and 2 basements, providing more than 1,281 apartments of all kinds, from studios to penthouses.

According to statistics from the real estate research and development consulting service provider - DKRA Consulting in the second quarter of 2025, with more than 2,600 apartments in Da Nang City and surrounding areas launched on the market, nearly 1,500 apartments were consumed, an increase of 30% over the same period last year.
According to this unit, the supply of new apartments in the third quarter of 2025 is expected to increase, ranging from 1,500 - 2,500 units, mainly concentrated in Da Nang (old). The Class A apartment segment continues to account for a large proportion of the new supply structure to the market.
According to real estate investment and service company CBRE Vietnam, the Da Nang apartment market will continue to maintain strong growth momentum in the next 3 years, with about 10,000 new apartments for sale.
Most of the projects opened for sale from 2024 to present have prices from 65 million VND/m2 or more. In the first half of 2025 alone, the market will see luxury projects in the center and along the Han River with the highest selling price of up to 130 - 200 million VND/m2.
Commenting on the real estate market, Ms. Duong Thuy Dung - CEO of CBRE Vietnam - informed that the real estate market in Da Nang City continues to show positive prospects, thanks to strong support from economic recovery, attracting foreign investment and the explosion of the tourism industry.
The Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARS) also pointed out 3 localities that are bright spots in the real estate market, including Hai Phong in the North, Da Nang in the Central region and Ho Chi Minh City in the South.
According to VARS, real estate supply in Da Nang has increased sharply over the past year. Upcoming projects continue to record good absorption rates, in which the main segment is still high-end apartments. The price level has tended to increase again, approaching the peak in 2019 with a difference of about 15 - 20%.
