According to initial information, at around 9:30 a.m. on October 14, Chi Linh Border Guard Station presided over and coordinated with the Department of Professional Affairs (HCMC Border Guard Command) and the police of Rach Dua Ward to discover and catch Hung red-handed in possession of drugs in rented room No. 10, a boarding house in alley 353/15 Bui Thien Ngo Street.
The authorities seized a sealed white plastic bag containing a transparent colorless crystallization substance from the sleeper mattress, weighing about 3 grams. Through investigation, the subject confessed that it was synthetic drugs in the form of rocks, stored for use.
The authorities have brought the subject to the headquarters for investigation and handling according to the law.
