In which, the project of Nguyen Luong Bang road connecting to Tran Nhan Tong street has a length of about 1.5 km, with a total investment of more than 210.3 billion VND. The project is synchronously invested in technical infrastructure including drainage, lighting, green trees and traffic signs, contributing to completing urban infrastructure, expanding development space and strengthening regional traffic connection.

The project to renovate and upgrade alley 243 Hoang Quoc Viet has a length of more than 405 m, with a total investment of more than 33.6 billion VND. The project includes many items such as expanding and renovating the road surface, building a water supply and drainage system, lighting, telecommunications and paving new sidewalks, meeting the travel and living needs of the people, and contributing to urban embellishment towards civilization and modernity.
After completion, the project contributes to forming an important traffic connection axis between residential areas, reducing pressure on some existing roads, creating favorable conditions for goods circulation, commercial and service development and investment attraction. The project also opens up a new urban development space, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development of Phu Lien ward in particular and the southwest gateway area of the city in general. This is a practical activity to celebrate the 71st anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day, responding to the Red Flamboyant Flower Festival - Hai Phong in 2026, and at the same time contributing to creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere to continue building an increasingly developed locality.
