3 projects inaugurated include: Project to invest in construction, repair, and embellish the Ben K15 relic complex, Do Son ward; Hai Duong Social Protection Center Construction Project (new location); 110kV Tu Minh power line and substation in Dai An industrial park, Tu Minh ward.
The project to invest in building, repairing and restoring the Ben K15 relic complex was approved by Hai Phong City People's Committee in Decision 2381/QD-UBND dated July 12, 2024. The total investment of the project is more than 234 billion VND from the city budget, implemented in the 2019-2026 period.
The overall area of Ben K15 relic site has an area of about 2.28ha, including the main items: Repairing, restoring, and building the overall campus of the relic site; entrance to the relic site; memorial; square yard; wharf combined with flying lanterns; Temple of Heroes and Martyrs; simulating unnumbered ships and soldiers, Relief of General Vo Nguyen Giap with the Navy; management house combined with ceremonial house; sea encroachment embankment, electricity supply and drainage infrastructure system, parking lot, landscape walking paths, green tree system... and auxiliary works.
Also inaugurated on this occasion is the Hai Duong Social Protection Center Construction Project (located in Thai Tan commune) invested with a total of more than 379.3 billion VND from the city budget. The project is implemented on an area of nearly 7ha with dozens of large and small items, interconnected.
One of the largest items is the children's dormitory with 3 nursing blocks, total floor area of more than 7,650m2. The cultural learning area includes 3 building blocks with a scale of 3 floors, total floor area of the whole area is more than 6,180m2. The vocational learning and production labor area continues to expand its scale with 3 separate building blocks, total construction area of nearly 2,400m2, serving vocational training and creating long-term livelihoods.
The administrative, auditorium, medical and rehabilitation blocks are all 3 floors high, with a total floor area of more than 2,189m2 per block, equipped with elevators and modern functional systems.
With a large scale and synchronous design, Hai Duong Social Protection Center is expected to become a sustainable social security pillar for children, the elderly, people with disabilities and vulnerable groups in the coming years.
The 3rd project inaugurated is the 110kV Tu Minh (Dai An) power line and substation project. This is a group C, level 2 project invested by the Northern Power Corporation and assigned to Hai Phong Power Company to manage the project.
The project has a total investment of 119.2 billion VND, using basic depreciation capital and commercial credit loans. With the scale of new construction investment of 2.09km of dual circuit lines connected on line 174 E8. 11 Dai An - 175 E8. 1 Dong Nien.
The project being completed will meet the objectives in accordance with the planning in the area, meeting the demand for load growth of Hai Phong city in general, especially ensuring power supply for businesses in Dai An Industrial Park, Lai Cach Industrial Park, Tan Truong Industrial Park, Cam Giang regional load and surrounding areas.
The project also contributes to overloading 110kV Dong Nien, Phuc Dien substations, 110 kV Dai An substation, 110 kV Tan Truong substation. Thereby, reducing medium-voltage grid losses in the area, serving the goals of economic, political and social development of Hai Phong city in general as well as Cam Giang area and neighboring areas in particular.
