During the Lunar New Year and Spring Festival 2025, many religious and belief activities and traditional festivals will take place, attracting a large number of dignitaries, followers and people to attend. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province requested the Department of Home Affairs to proactively coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities to implement the key tasks of the state management sector on beliefs and religions in 2025.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province requested the Department of Home Affairs to strengthen the state management of beliefs and religions; guide affiliated religious organizations, religious establishments, religious establishments and dignitaries, officials, monks and nuns, and followers of religions to properly implement the provisions of the law, organize religious activities to ensure security, order, safety, and thrift, in accordance with civilized lifestyle, cultural traditions of the nation and good customs and practices of each locality and region.
Ensure fire and explosion prevention and control at religious establishments, especially places of worship; do not allow superstitious activities or spiritual profiteering at religious establishments; do not allow subjects to take advantage of, propagate, or incite large gatherings, causing complications in security and order.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province also requested to proactively mobilize and promote the resources of religions in coordinating with authorities at all levels to participate in implementing social security policies, taking care of the material and spiritual life of the people, especially those with meritorious services to the revolution, policy families, people in difficult circumstances, poor households, people in localities affected by natural disasters, epidemics, remote areas, ethnic minority areas, workers, unemployed people, etc.
