At the same time, it is an opportunity for agencies, organizations and businesses to join hands to care for the material and spiritual life of workers, civil servants and laborers, helping workers, civil servants and laborers to work and produce with peace of mind, and to celebrate Tet warmly, joyfully and excitedly.
At the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Thanks to the Party", Hai Duong City Labor Federation presented 200 gifts (each gift included 500,000 VND in cash and a gift bag worth 200,000 VND).
After the program, the City Labor Federation will organize to give Tet gifts directly to units with many workers and deliver gifts to workers in difficult circumstances through the grassroots Labor Union to organize the giving at the units.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang - President of the Hai Duong City Labor Federation - said that, following the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the direct direction of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation, this year the city's Trade Unions at all levels will subsidize and give Tet gifts to 10% of the total number of union members from the Union's financial resources.
Through the evaluation work from the grassroots level, on the occasion of Tet At Ty 2025, Hai Duong City Labor Federation will provide subsidies and Tet gifts to 1,152 union members and employees working at grassroots unions under decentralized management, with a total amount of over 620 million VND.
Along with the subsidies and gifts from the City Labor Federation, the grassroots unions have visited and provided over 2,000 gifts to workers with serious illnesses and difficult circumstances, with a total amount of over 750 million VND; Tet bonuses for workers, civil servants and laborers with a total amount collected from units with Trade Union organizations under the City Labor Federation of over 8 billion VND.
Not to mention, 81 businesses have 13th month salary or more for workers...
