On October 14, the Investigation Police Agency of Thanh Ha District Police, Hai Duong Province announced that they were searching for the whereabouts of a victim who died of unknown causes. The victim's body was discovered the same day on the edge of the Van Uc River in Ha Truong Village, Thanh Cuong Commune, Thanh Ha District.
The victim was a male, without identification, about 30 years old, about 1.65m tall, weighing about 60kg, with shaved hair. When discovered, the victim was wearing black knee-length shorts and a yellow short-sleeved T-shirt.
