From October 17 to October 20, Hai Duong City banned all vehicles from circulating on some routes to serve the Walking Street - Night Market activities during the 220th anniversary of Thanh Dong's founding and 70th anniversary of Hai Duong City's liberation, Hai Duong City People's Committee.
Specifically as follows: All vehicles are prohibited from circulating on the following routes: Half of Bach Dang Street (the road towards the river, from Hoang Van Thu Street to Bui Thi Xuan Street); Half of Bui Thi Xuan Street (the road towards the river, from Bach Dang Street to Da Tuong Street); Chuong Duong Street (from Bui Thi Xuan Street to Hong Quang Bridge) - Ton Duc Thang Street (from Chuong Duong Street to Nguyen Hai Thanh Street); Nguyen Hai Thanh Street.
2. Restricting vehicles from entering Bach Dang, Thong Nhat, Bui Thi Xuan, Ton Duc Thang streets; traffic diversion plan for vehicles as follows: Bach Dang Street (from Hoang Van Thu Street to Bui Thi Xuan Street): Vehicles with 07 seats or less, motorbikes are allowed to travel in one direction from Bach Dang Street to Thong Nhat Street; all vehicles are prohibited from stopping and parking during the event; Bui Thi Xuan Street (from Bach Dang Street to Da Tuong Street), vehicles are allowed to travel in one direction from Bui Thi Xuan Street to Thanh Nien Street; all vehicles are prohibited from stopping and parking during the event; Thong Nhat Street: Prohibiting vehicles from traveling in the direction from Truong Chinh - Le Thanh Nghi - Thong Nhat intersection to Bach Dang Street; all vehicles are prohibited from stopping and parking in the area around Thong Nhat Square during the event.
The ban is from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on October 17-18. Regarding the operating hours of the Walking Street - Night Market on Saturdays and Sundays every week, traffic organization will continue according to Notice No. 149/TB-UBND dated July 21, 2023 of the People's Committee of Hai Duong City.
