On the morning of June 18, Mr. Pham Duc Toan - Chairman of the People's Committee of Duc Manh commune, Dak Mil district - said that a traffic accident occurred in the commune, killing two male students.
Accordingly, at 9:30 p.m. on June 17, the accident occurred at km 1831 of Ho Chi Minh Road in Duc Thanh Village, Duc Manh Commune, Dak Mil District.
The truck driven by Mr. D.V (born in 1994, residing in Phu Nghia commune, Bu Gia Map, Binh Phuoc) was traveling from Dak Lak province to Binh Phuoc. The car collided with an electric bicycle driven by H.G.L (born in 2010, residing in Duc Loc village, Duc Manh commune, Dak Mil, Dak Nong). At that time, L was carrying N.G.B (born in 2010, residing in Duc Thang village, Duc Manh commune).
As a result, H.G.L died on the spot, N.G.B died on the way to the Dak Mil District Medical Center for emergency treatment. Both electric bicycles and trucks were severely damaged.
The case is being further investigated and clarified by the authorities.
