The accident occurred at around 6:30 a.m. on May 26 on National Highway 1, km1691 through Ham Duc commune, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province.
At that time, Ms. T.T.K.Y (born in 1994), a local resident, was driving a motorbike with license plate 86B3-149.48 when she collided with a car carrying workers with license plate 86H-020.94 traveling from North to South. At the scene, Ms. Y died on the spot.
The car carrying workers ran up a section and then stopped. According to the family, Ms. Y is a garment factory worker and was on her way to work when the accident occurred.
The Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Province Police and professional units examined the scene and performed an autopsy to investigate the accident.
