On April 18, Tan My Ward People's Committee organized an art and synchronous performance program with the theme "Proud of the country - Steadfastly moving towards the future". This is a key political and cultural event towards the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026) and to celebrate the success of the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
Attending the program were Ms. Huynh Thi Thuy Phuong - Vice Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union; Mr. Tran Tri Dung - Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan My ward; along with representatives of units, youth union members and a large number of people in the area.

Exactly 51 years ago, the general offensive and uprising of Spring 1975, culminating in the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign, completely won, and the country was unified. The program is an opportunity to express gratitude for the great sacrifices of previous generations, and at the same time affirm the firm belief in the Party's leadership in the country's renovation.

The program is elaborately staged with the participation of about 600 union members, students and excellent students. The artistic content consists of two main parts, taking viewers from a heroic past to a bright future:
Echoes of Victory Day": Recreating the boiling atmosphere of the General Offensive and Uprising of Spring 1975 through immortal melodies such as "Tiến về Sài Gòn", "Đất nước trọn niềm vui", "Giai điệu Tổ quốc"... arousing pride in the great victory of the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign.

Vietnamese Youth - Aspiration to reach far": is an impressive highlight with a powerful martial arts performance and a synchronized arrangement of the Vietnam Map, National Flag and Tan My Ward Logo. The performance conveys a solid message about territorial sovereignty and the will of the young generation in the "Easter of Rising" of the nation.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang - Vice Chairman of Tan My Ward People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee emphasized: "Our forefathers used blood and bones to preserve the country, today's young generation must use knowledge and creativity to build a rich and strong country".


Unable to hide her emotion when watching the program, Ms. Nguyen My Quynh (resident of Tan My ward) shared: "When watching the performances recreating the heroic atmosphere of the nation, I feel very touched and proud to be Vietnamese.


The program is not just a commemorative activity, but also a cultural festival to help strengthen solidarity between the government, businesses and local people. Thereby, affirming the belief in the Party's leadership and expressing gratitude for the great sacrifices of previous generations for today's independence and unity.
