On November 4, the Dak Lak Provincial Department of Construction announced the suspension of the public passenger transport route by bus No. 11 (Buon Ma Thuot - Krong Bong) from November 10, 2025.
Accordingly, the Department agreed to let Dak Lak Automobile Transport Joint Stock Company stop operating bus route No. 11 with a distance of 56km, starting point at 38 Y On, Buon Ma Thuot ward and ending point at Km15 (old Provincial Road 12), Krong Bong commune. The reason for stopping exploitation is ineffective operations.
The Department of Construction has announced that public passenger transport businesses by bus, if they need to continue operating route 11, need to prepare a registration file and send it to the Dak Lak Department of Construction (No. 05-07 Dong Khoi, Tan An Ward) for consideration.
In case by November 10, 2025, no unit has registered, the department will announce the closure of the route according to regulations.
Currently, in Dak Lak province, there are 7 transport units operating buses with a total of 95 vehicles. In recent years, the number of buses has gradually decreased due to many operating routes not achieving economic efficiency.
