The contest was conducted in two parts: theory and practice of Radar Station Staff work, including 8 contents of awareness of Radar Station Staff work and 5 practical contents, mainly focusing on Radar Station Combat Regulations; regulations on Staff work of observation activities; awareness of building regular order, discipline management and safety assurance; practice of Team Regulations; methods of maintaining unit meetings.
Previously, in urgent conditions, with high intensity of work, the Regiment was both observing and closely managing targets within its scope of responsibility; coordinating and being ready to handle combat situations at sea to ensure the safety of the second phase of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly; organizing key cultural activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army. The contestants, who were officers of the Radar Station, studied, reviewed the contents, and organized skillful practice to participate in the Competition with high results.
The Radar Station combat crew competition is identified in the 2024 Competition and Sports Festival Organization Plan of Regiment 451. This is also a test, assessment of the qualifications, capacity and organization of the implementation of the Staff work of the Radar Station officers.
On that basis, lessons were drawn to unify and improve the quality and effectiveness of staff work to meet the increasingly high requirements of the task of protecting sea and island sovereignty. At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the winning contestants.
