On August 30, in the parking area of Hon Gai Beach (Column 8), Ha Long ward, more than 4,500 officers, soldiers of the armed forces, civil servants, public employees, workers, union members, association members, students and people participated in the program "Joining Vietnam to Advance".
Attending the program were Ms. Vu Thi Mai Anh - Vice Chairwoman of Quang Ninh City People's Committee and leaders of departments, agencies, branches, agencies and units in the city.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, delegates and people participated in walking on the Tran Quoc Nghien coastal road.
The delegation departed from the Hon Gai Beach area, moving to the center of Ha Long ward.
With the message "10 billion green steps - For a sustainable Vietnam", the program aims to spread the spirit of sports training, building a green lifestyle and raising awareness of environmental protection; and at the same time respond to the Campaign "All people practice physical exercise following the example of the great Uncle Ho".
This is an activity to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2nd; traditional days of the People's Police force, the Culture sector; and at the same time celebrate the event of Quang Ninh becoming a centrally-run city.
The program "Joining Vietnam to Advance" is launched by Nhan Dan Newspaper in coordination with the Ministry of Public Security.
According to aggregated data, Quang Ninh city has more than 31,000 people participating in the program, exceeding the initial expected scale.
