Information from the Fire and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH) said that, implementing the direction of the Ministry of Public Security, the unit will coordinate with Vietnam Exhibition Fair and Advertising Joint Stock Company, Messe Frankfurt Group and Vietnam PCCC and CNCH Association to organize the International Exhibition on PCCC and CNCH techniques and equipment; application of science and technology, digital transformation in PCCC and CNCH work; security, safety, and protection equipment in 2026 (FIRE SAFETY & RESCUE VIETNAM – SECUTECH VIETNAM 2026).
The exhibition takes place from September 9 to 12, 2026 at the Vietnam - Soviet Friendship Labor Culture Palace (Hanoi). This is a practical activity to celebrate the 65th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Fire and Rescue Police Force (October 4, 1961 - October 4, 2026) and the 25th Anniversary of the National Fire and Rescue Day (October 4, 2001 - October 4, 2026).
According to the Fire and Rescue Police Department, the exhibition aims to create a connection forum between state management agencies, businesses, scientists and international organizations; thereby promoting cooperation, research, investment, technology transfer and development of the fire and rescue industry in the context of accelerating digital transformation.
The event also introduces to domestic agencies, organizations, individuals and international friends the scientific, technological, and technical achievements being applied in the field of PCCC and CNCH.
At the same time, propaganda and knowledge dissemination activities will contribute to raising awareness, fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue skills, spreading the spirit of innovation and digital transformation.
Right on the opening day, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, an international seminar will take place with the theme "Developing the fire prevention and fighting and rescue industry, contributing to the development of the security industry, serving national security protection, ensuring social order and safety, and building the People's Police force".
At the seminar, representatives of units and international partners in the field of fire prevention and fighting will present and exchange views on the application of artificial intelligence (AI), new technologies and technical solutions in fire prevention and fighting and rescue; digital transformation, data and digital platforms in fire prevention and fighting and rescue work; development of fire prevention and fighting and rescue industry associated with the development of security industry.
On September 10, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, the forum "Dialogue with businesses and business associations on fire prevention and fighting" will take place.
Here, representatives of state management agencies and experts will directly dialogue, exchange, and answer opinions and recommendations of businesses and business associations related to the field of PCCC and CNCH.
The forum also aims to promote connectivity, cooperation, trade and introduce advanced products, vehicles, equipment, and technologies in the fields of security, safety, fire prevention and fighting, and rescue.
Notably, throughout the period from September 9 to 12, the outdoor experience area will have product display and introduction activities.
More than 350 businesses and organizations from 15 countries and territories will introduce products, vehicles, equipment and solutions in the fields of fire prevention and fighting, CNCH, security, safety and automation.
In addition to display activities, the outdoor experience area also organizes propaganda programs to disseminate knowledge about PCCC and CNCH. The content focuses on first aid skills, using fire fighting equipment and handling fire, explosion, accident, and incident situations.
