The project to renovate and upgrade the traffic route connecting National Highway 32 with District Road 73B, Tam Nong commune, Phu Tho province was approved according to Decision No. 1075/QD-UBND dated December 30, 2025 of Tam Nong Commune People's Committee.
The above project belongs to group C, with a total investment of 75 billion VND invested by Tam Nong Commune People's Committee as the Investor.
According to the reporter's investigation, Tam Nong Commune People's Committee has completed the contractor selection for Package No. 06: Construction of the project.
Package No. 06 was previously widely bid through the network, with a value of more than 64.7 billion VND from the state budget and other legally mobilized and supported capital sources.
According to the decision approving the contractor selection results, the Joint Venture of T&Q Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company and Khanh Huy Consulting and Construction Co., Ltd. - won Package No. 06 with a price of 64 billion VND.
Thus, the joint venture of 2 contractors mentioned above will construct, renovate and upgrade the traffic route connecting National Highway 32 with District Road 73B in Tam Nong commune.
According to project documents, the road being renovated and upgraded will have a total length of more than 2.6 km, with the starting point intersecting with National Highway 32 at Km74+200, belonging to zone 2, Tam Nong commune; the ending point intersecting with district road 73B at Km1+900, belonging to zone 1, Tam Nong commune.
The project will include 2 sections with different designs, specifically:
The section from Km0 - Km1+890.78, has a roadbed width of 19m, a road surface width of 11m with 2 lanes for motorized vehicles and 2 lanes for rudimentary vehicles, a sidewalk width of 4m on each side... The road surface is asphalt concrete paved.
The section from Km1+890.78 - Km2+612.55, has a roadbed width of 7m, road surface width of 5m, reinforced sidewalk width of 1m on each side... The road surface is paved with asphalt concrete.
In addition, Package No. 06 also has a number of deployment items such as: Intersection and people's roads, sidewalks, green trees, drainage, traffic safety system.
The implementation time of Package No. 06 is 540 days.
The project to invest in renovating and upgrading the above-mentioned road aims to meet the travel and transportation needs of the people; complete the rural transport infrastructure system.
At the same time, ensuring traffic safety and improving connectivity between residential areas, production areas and main traffic routes. The project contributes to local socio-economic development.
