The project to renovate and upgrade the inter-commune road DH47 section passing through Cam Khe and Van Ban communes was approved according to Decision No. 990/QD-UBND dated November 14, 2025 of Cam Khe Commune People's Committee.
This project belongs to Group C, with a total investment of 38 billion VND, invested by Cam Khe Commune People's Committee. In mid-January 2026, the investor announced the bidding invitation for Package No. 05 - Construction of the project.
On the afternoon of March 11, in an exchange with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of Cam Khe Commune People's Committee - said that recently, the investor has completed the contractor selection for package No. 05.
Regarding site clearance for the project, according to Mr. Tuan, up to now, basically households have agreed with the state's policy on renovating and upgrading the DH47 inter-communal road.
Because the project does not allocate funds for site clearance compensation, Cam Khe commune will strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to donate land so that the project can be implemented quickly" - Mr. Tuan shared.
According to the project dossier, the road has a length of about 3.1km, designed according to the standard of level IV mountain road (including 2 sections: section 1 is 2.7km long and section 2 is 0.4km long), the starting point of the route is at provincial road 313 (Km4+450) in the direction of the old DH47 road connecting Cam Khe and Van Ban communes, going all the way to Cam Khe commune.
For section 1 (through old Xuong Thinh commune, length 2,666.87m), road surface width 5.5m, asphalt concrete road surface 7cm thick; width of water intake ditch 0.25m on each side; sidewalk width 1.52m on each side including sidewalk blocks, neck bundles (the drainage system is only arranged synchronously with the sidewalk on section 1).
Section 2 (through Cap Dan commune connecting to old Tung Khe commune, 414.16m long), road surface width 5.5m, asphalt concrete road surface 7cm thick.
Regarding the intersection at the beginning and end of the route, at the beginning of section 1, the intersection with provincial road 313 is recovered and cleared, designed to expand to ensure the expansion of the road entry and exit intersection. At the end of section 1, the beginning of section 2 and the end of section 2 are designed to be synchronously connected to the road section that has been completed before.
Along with that, the bidding package will construct turnarounds, service roads, turnarounds to restore people's house gates; lighting system; paint markings, and installation of signs...
The implementation time of Package No. 05 is 300 days.
After the project is put into operation, a large number of workers in the area will easily travel on the route, thereby connecting the inter-regional branch road to go straight to Cam Khe industrial park.
The project is invested with the goal of overcoming the degradation of the foundation and road surface, upgrading the drainage system, avoiding flooding, installing synchronous lighting, ensuring traffic safety, convenience for people's travel and aesthetics in the area.
