On the morning of August 15, the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Vietnam Youth Federation in coordination with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Petrolimex Ha Tinh Co., Ltd. organized the groundbreaking ceremony for housing construction for families in difficult circumstances in the province.
Accordingly, the units coordinated to organize the commencement of construction of houses for the family of Ms. Tran Thi Em - relative of Heroic Martyr Ly Tu Trong, in Tan Binh village, Viet Xuyen commune and Red Scarf House for Phan Thi Nga, a child in a border area with difficult circumstances, in Khe Su village, Son Kim 1 commune.

Through the projects, Ha Tinh youth continue to promote the spirit of pioneering, volunteering, and responsibility to the community, mobilizing social resources to join hands in building solid homes, helping families stabilize their lives, and adding motivation to rise up.
On this occasion, 100% of Youth Union and Association branches throughout Ha Tinh province also simultaneously launched campaigns to respond to the "Volunteer joins hands to build new rural areas" peak day, deploying many practical projects and tasks, contributing to building new rural areas in the area.
