On May 20, the Ministry of Public Security organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the housing construction project for the armed forces of the People's Police (CAND) at land plot NO3 in lot D12 of Cau Giay New Urban Area, Cau Giay ward, Hanoi City.
According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, the project was approved for investment policy and assigned to the investor to implement the project according to Decision No. 1787/QD-BCA-H02 dated April 8, 2026 of the Ministry of Public Security with the goal of investing in building housing for the armed forces of the People's Public Security Forces in Hanoi City.
The project is invested by Ho Chi Minh Museum Construction Joint Stock Company. With a scale, using a land area of 3,740m2, total floor area of about 68,750m2 with a total number of more than 470 apartments, maximum height of 35 floors and 1 staircase, with 3 basements invested in synchronous infrastructure construction, modern amenities towards a model, civilized, safe - green - clean - beautiful residential area.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Deputy Minister of Public Security Dang Hong Duc affirmed that the project to build housing for the armed forces of the People's Public Security Forces in Cau Giay ward is a project of special social significance, concretizing the policy of the Party, State, Ministry of Public Security and Hanoi City on caring for the lives of officers and soldiers, contributing to stabilizing life so that officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security Forces can feel secure in their work and be ready to complete all assigned tasks;
At the same time, it also shows the exemplary leadership of the Ministry of Public Security in implementing social housing policies in general, in ensuring social security in particular, and solving the housing needs of police officers and soldiers.
For the project to be completed, ensuring safety and quality, in the coming time, Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc requested the investor to focus resources to organize construction and complete the project in the earliest time, ensuring the highest quality, high aesthetic value for users and beauty for the landscape and architecture of Hanoi City.
At the same time, the Deputy Minister wished Hanoi City, local authorities and relevant units to closely coordinate and create favorable conditions for the project to be implemented effectively and achieve the set goals.
