According to the investigation results, at 3:26 pm on June 17, at Km524+300 National Highway 1A in Uu Trang village, Cam Xuyen commune, Ha Tinh province, Cam Xuyen Commune Police coordinated with the Patrol and Control Team of the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Provincial Police to stop a car with license plate 14H-060. 98 driven by Phan The Luc.
Through a quick test, the driver was found to be positive for drugs. Checking under the driver's seat padding of the car driven by Luc, the police discovered 0.25 grams of Methamphetamine and a drug use kit.
In which, inside the funnel of the drug use kit, 0.04 grams of Methamphetamine were still attached. Phan The Luc confessed that the total weight of 0.29 grams of drugs above was bought by him for use.
