At the police station, the subject gave his name as Le Anh Doan (born in 1996, from Tan Linh commune, Luc Yen district, Yen Bai province). The group confessed that they had previously driven a motorbike 16R1 - 8138 to buy drugs for use, and on the way they met a working group.
Having become a drug addict, seeing the police force, Doan intended to flee but was arrested by the working group immediately. The Traffic Police Team of Hong Bang District, Traffic Police Team No. 3 handed over Le Anh Doan and the evidence to Minh Khai Ward Police for settlement according to their authority.
