Previously, at about 9:30 PM on April 30, 2026, during patrol and control on National Highway 4D, Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 (Traffic Police Department of Lao Cai Provincial Police) in coordination with Ta Phin Commune Police discovered a group of teenagers driving motorbikes in violation.

The violations include: speeding, reckless overtaking; not wearing helmets; showing signs of teasing, lack of awareness when traffic police are on duty and some other violations according to the provisions of law.
The working group stopped the vehicle, inspected, made a record and handled it according to regulations.

According to functional forces, the above acts not only cause traffic safety disorder but also pose a high risk of accidents, especially on mountainous roads, many curves, and increased traffic during the April 30 - May 1 holiday.
The Traffic Police force recommends that young people need to raise their awareness of law compliance when participating in traffic; do not drive vehicles when they are not qualified; do not speed, swerve, or zigzag; and wear helmets according to regulations.
Ensuring traffic safety is not only a responsibility but also respect for oneself and the community.
