Previously, on March 12, 2026, through information from the people, Thai Ninh Commune Police deployed professional measures, verified, collected documents, evidence and clarified that subject T.V. D (born in 2011, residing in Thai Ninh commune) was the person who committed the act of property theft at Truc Lam Pagoda, Le Than village, Thai Ninh commune, Hung Yen province.
Although young, due to being playful and lazy to work, T.V. D took advantage of the loopholes of the pagoda and places of worship to sneak in and steal more than 3.4 million VND from Ms. H.T. H (born in 1952, residing in Le Than village, Thai Ninh commune).
At the police station, the subject honestly confessed his criminal acts. Thai Ninh Commune Police are consolidating the file for handling according to the provisions of law.
The Police Agency assessed that the act of property theft not only violates the law and infringes on the legitimate ownership rights of citizens but also has a bad impact on the security and order situation in the area. The incident is also a warning to parents in managing and educating their children; and at the same time reminding people to raise their vigilance and protect property.
Thai Ninh Commune Police recommends that people continue to raise their vigilance, actively denounce crimes, and promptly provide information to functional forces when detecting violations, contributing to maintaining security and order in the locality.
