Despite only a minor collision, the young man riding a motorbike with license plate 75H1-677.xx suddenly kicked the man driving the motorbike with license plate 75H1-182.xx.
After that, the young man got out of the car and continued to use his hand to hit the man in the head. After beating someone, the young man left.
When the clip was posted on social media, many people expressed their frustration with the young man's behavior.
According to the leader of Thuan Hoa District People's Committee, the district has grasped the information and directed Vy Da Ward People's Committee to coordinate with competent authorities to verify and clarify.
